This included a set of core TMS software modules, mobile apps, and hardware devices rolled-out to Brocacef's entire fleet, all focused on increasing visibility and control to ensure optimal storage and transport conditions at every step of the way.

BlueRock TMS allows planners to balance the complex needs of manufacturers for both fixed and variable routes.

Route Planning: BlueRock TMS automatically checks route areas for shipments the evening before, proposing daily fixed routes and variable deliveries for planner approval and adjustments.
Driver Execution: Drivers receive route plans on mobile devices with clear delivery instructions for each leg of the trip. Drivers can collect required signatures through the mobile app.

GDP Compliance Management

Strict Temperature Control:

Brocacef now enjoys full temperature visibility of the entire parcel journey through the BlueRock TMS Dispatch App and Driver App, which harmonizes sensor management, live driver updates, and temperature alerts in both warehouses and at the truck level. Temperature status always takes precedence over timeliness to maintain product safety and is checked and approved before and during the tour.

Real-time Visibility & Monitoring:

BlueRock TMS provided state-of-the-art mobile devices to the entire fleet, allowing for up to date reporting and shipment registration. Sorting and label creation is now automated when goods arrive at transport hubs, allowing for faster and more efficient transfers of sensitive goods.
Network wide visibility means planners can make informed decisions based on real-time and historical data. This increased visibility also enables efficient reporting for GDP compliance of any shipment within the network.

Alerts:

BlueRock TMS forwards automated alerts when goods are at risk of falling out of GDP temperature compliance, as well as prompts for immediate corrective actions.
